We enjoyed staying in the modern studio suite, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the location was fantastic with a short walk to the ferry port, and the beach was gorgeous.

The refubishing of the whole motel reflected the Bay, the unit was sparkling and spotless. We appreciated the location off the main beach road being quieter. The price package deal was excellent value. We have already recommended Averill Court Motel to others.

The venue was modest and gorgeous. I loved the location close enough to town centre and activities, Paihia waterfront, and courtyard views. - the staff were super friendly and excellent all the time. - It was based in a big building in a marvelous location, near the seafront.

Not right on beach - but that would have increased price alot!! Being picky to find a negative.

I thought from the internet that we were getting a motel with one bedroom and this was not the case. Possibly this needs to be clearer although I may have not looked closely enough.
